If Dawnlist is not right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your first payment and the full amount will be returned. No reason is needed.
You can cancel at any time, and you will not be charged again. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid for. Renewal payments are not normally refunded, but if something has gone wrong — for example, you were charged after cancelling, or a fault stopped Dawnlist working — get in touch and we will put it right.
Email Apps@spencerfields.com from the address you bought with. Requests are acknowledged within one business day. For a subscription bought through the Microsoft Store or the Mac App Store, you can also request a refund directly through that store.
Approved refunds, including any tax collected, are returned to the original payment method, normally within three to five business days, although the store and the bank vary in how quickly the money appears.
If you subscribed through the Microsoft Store or the Mac App Store, refunds are handled by that store under its own policy.
This policy is in addition to your rights under consumer law, including cancellation rights in the United Kingdom and the European Union.
